Bed linien and towels (except beach towels) are inclusive.

Please read our general terms and conditions of rental:

1. Reservations are done by transferring 15% of the total costs. The deposit is to be transfered on a geman bank account

2. Please note the house is rented from Saturday 15.00 pm to

Saturday 11.00 am (for cleaning purposes). Exceptions are possible on demand.

3. Cancellations need to be done in writing. In case of cancellation the deposit of 15% is not refunded. (In special circumstances it may be agreed to vary the refund)

Instead of cancellation you may sublet the house.

4. The rest of the total cost is to be paid on arrival to Madame Michele Le Moult.

5. No pets are allowed.

6. The premises are to be cared for during the stay. The renters are responsible for any damages to the property.

The rental may be cancelled by Madame Le Moult at any time if inappropriate behaviour occurs.

7.On arrival a refundable deposit of 400,00 Euro is to be given to Madame Le Moult to cover any damages. It will be given back by leaving the house.

8. Valuables are your own responsibility.
