Chateauneuf Villevieille is a small village clinging to the slopes of Férion mountain range at 22 km north of Nice.

You can visit the vast ruins of the former medieval village of Châteauneuf, which have now become overgrown with vegetation, but they are still accessible. Discover the underground passage ways, the towers with dungeons, the guard rooms, cisterns, dykes and passages which often lead to caves.

This is an impressive, wild and mysterious site surrounded by magnificent landscapes.

The current village of Châteauneuf Villevieille is a pleasant calm place surrounded by beautiful countryside and 300 hectares of forests where beautiful walks are possible. At the same time the coast and the sea are only 30 minutes away...!
